    The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

    • Processing time: 3-5 days
    • Shipping time: Express Shipping 10-20 days (most countries).  Delivery time will be affected by many factors such as your location, weather condition, airline, high season of e-commerce etc. So sometimes delivery time maybe longer than that we have stated. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Worldwide FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING On All Orders Over $79, otherwise you will need to pay $8.99 for Express Shipping.
  2. About Tax

    Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Comfortopstore cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.

  3. Shipping Status

    You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back-ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Orders" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number. We may ship your order with separate packages, items that have inventory will be shipped first.
